A reference for what the whole category is doing
More and more retail marketing is drafted with AI. Given only your own brand, a model writes the competent, familiar average of your category, because it has never seen what everyone else sent. Trendmill is the missing reference: the market, collected and measured, so you can stand out on purpose or copy what's proven with your eyes open.
Nobody should have to screenshot their competitors
Most marketing teams already watch their competitors. They do it by hand: a shared inbox nobody reads, a Slack channel of screenshots, a swipe file that stops being updated in March. It's most of a day a week, and it still misses the pattern, because the pattern only shows up across hundreds of campaigns.
Trendmill does the collecting for you. We subscribe to the lists, pull the ads, follow the accounts and capture the landing pages, then tag every piece with what it's offering, how, and when. What you get is the thing a person can't assemble: how your whole category behaves, and where you sit in it.
How we build it
Email first
Ads and social can be pulled from public libraries later. Email can't: you had to be on the list when it was sent. So that's where we started, and where we go deepest.
The whole market, not your five
A brand can watch its closest competitors. It can't compute the average of a hundred brands across three years. That aggregate is the thing we build.
Australian by default
EOFY, Click Frenzy, Boxing Day and the rest of the local promo calendar, from the brands actually selling here.
For people and their tools
The same corpus sits behind the dashboard and behind MCP, so your team and your AI workflows reason from the same reference.
