Brand pages
One brand's behaviour, content, ads and calendar, set against its category.
Every tracked brand has a page. Open one from Brands, from a card in the Library, or from anywhere a brand's name is a link. Use the window control to choose how far back the page looks.
The page has four tabs.
Overview
The overview reads the brand in three parts.
Behaviour: cadence, offers, what they send and how.
- Emails per week, promo rate (the share of emails carrying an offer), average discount depth and typical send hour in Sydney time. Each sits next to the average for the brand's industry, so you can see whether a brand is unusually busy or unusually generous.
- What they send: the mix of content types and retail moments.
- Voice and craft: their tone and the layouts they use.
- An activity heatmap of when they send.
Standing: how the brand compares with its segment and its peers.
- Distinctiveness percentile: how far the brand's messaging sits from the category mean, ranked against the other brands in its segment. Higher means more distinctive. See How the numbers work.
- Similar brands in the same industry.
Demand: branded search volume by month, and weekly search interest, from a third-party source. This fills in over time and may be empty for brands we've only just added.
Content
Everything we've captured from the brand, as a Library grid filtered to that brand. Filter by channel from here.
Ads
The brand's Meta and Google ads, grouped by the day each test went live, with how long each has been running. The summary shows how many ads are running, how many are new this month and the median run length.
Calendar
The brand's own sale calendar: what it sent each day, with retail moments marked. It works the same way as the main Calendar, for one brand.
Brand pages say when they don't know. "Waiting for the first send" means we've signed up and nothing has arrived. "Not scored yet" means there isn't enough content to place the brand against its segment.
