Pulse

What the brands you follow did lately, against the window before.

Pulse is the first page after you sign in. It answers one question: what did the brands I follow do lately, and is that more or less than usual?

Pick a window of 7, 30 or 90 days at the top. Every number on the page compares that window with the one before it, so "30 days" sets the last 30 days against the 30 before that.

What's on the page

  • Findings: the handful of changes worth reading first, written out in a sentence each.
  • Headline tiles: content captured, brands active, the share carrying an offer, and the typical discount (the median depth where a discount was stated).
  • Activity: how much the brands you follow put out each day.
  • Brand movement: each followed brand ranked by how much it put out, with the change against the previous window.
  • Offers on the street: the deepest offers in the window, deepest first.
  • Techniques in play: which persuasion techniques the brands you follow are using, and which way each is moving.
  • Campaign moments: the retail moments they're building campaigns around.
  • Channel mix: where the window's volume came from, by channel.
  • Recent: the latest pieces, newest first. Click one to open it.

Most panels link through to the Library with the matching filters already set, so you can go from a number to the campaigns behind it.

When Pulse is empty

If you don't follow any brands yet, Pulse shows what it will show and asks you to follow some. If you follow brands but a panel is empty, nothing matching was captured in that window. Try a longer one.
