Saved folders

Keep the emails, ads and posts worth coming back to, shared with your team.

Saved folders are shared collections of the pieces worth keeping: a swipe file for a campaign brief, the ads you want to show a client, or every Black Friday email from your category.

Everyone in your organisation can see every folder and add to it.

Save a piece

Press the heart on an open piece, or on a row in the Library's table view, then tick the folders it belongs in or create a new one. A piece can sit in more than one folder.

Manage folders

Open Saved in the sidebar to see every folder. From there you can create a folder, rename it or delete it. Renaming changes the name for everyone. Deleting a folder removes the folder, not the pieces in it. They stay in the Library.

Export a folder

Open a folder and press Export CSV to download everything in it as a spreadsheet. Each row has the date, brand, channel, subject or title, type, retail moment, offer, discount, promo code, deadline, tone, call to action, techniques, days live for ads, a summary and a link back to the item in Trendmill. An export carries up to 5,000 items, newest saved first.

Save from your AI assistant

If you've connected Trendmill to Claude or ChatGPT, you can ask it to save what it finds, for example "save the three longest-running ads to a folder called Spring brief". It creates the folder if it doesn't exist. It can add to folders but never removes anything.
